Day 1 : Cochin to Munnar
Arrive Cochin and transfer to Munnar. Day at leisure. Munnar is a area of Sprawling tea plantations, picture book towns, winding lanes, trekking and holiday facilities make Munnar a unique experience. Munnar is essentially a tea town. The tea plantations have now been taken over by the Tata Tea Company. The visitor is greeted with miles and miles of unending tea plantations on entry into Munnar. Among the exotic flora found in the forests and grasslands here is the Neelakurinji a flower which bathes the hills in blue colour once in twelve years. Munnar also has the highest peak in South India - Anamudi - which towers over 2695 Mts and is an ideal spot for campers who like to do some trekking. Overnight at hotel.
Day 2 : Munnar to Kumarakom
After breakfast check out and finish some scenic spots of Munnar which you have missed it and later drive to Kumarakom. Arrive Kumarkom and transfer to the resort. Day at leisure. The village of Kumarakom is a cluster of small islands on the Vembanad Lake, and this small water world is part of the Kuttanad region. The bird sanctuary, which is spread across 14 acres is a favorite haunt of migratory birds and an ornithologist's paradise. Boating and fishing facilities are available at Kumarakom. Overnight stay at resort.
Day 3 : Houseboat
Breakfast and check in to Deluxe houseboat for an overnight cruise through the unique back waters of Kerala. Houseboat will be your transportation for the day and accommodation for the night. Glide along the narrow canals laced by the infinite greenery imparted by coconut palms, watch the gentle and soothing greenery of paddy fields and the village folk at work. Relax on board listening. Overnight on the houseboat.
Day 4 : Houseboat
Breakfast on the houseboat and check out. Transfer to Cochin drop at Airport / Railway station to catch flight/train.
